• Initial Consultation
This meeting involves a
discussion of your requirements,
initial design ideas, any site
relevant issues & an outline
budget. (
Free Service when
taken as part of our
Comprehensive Design Service).
• Surveys
Surveys are taken to get accurate
measurements, ascertain your soil
type and identify key plants.
• The Sketch Designs
These proposals give us the
opportunity to discuss initial ideas
& agree any necessary
amendments.
• The Final Design Plan
The sketch design is then
amended to create the final
design plan.
Additional Services
• Hard Landscape Plan
Showing the proposed materials,
their locations and any
arrangement patterns. From
these drawings our contractors
will be able to give an accurate
quote for the construction.
• Planting Plan
Showing the location and specific
types of plant recommended by
us for your design.
Considerations such as planting
conditions, your preferences and
availability will affect the
plants chosen.
• Planting Installation
Our background in horticulture means Green Retreats are well placed to source and install the planting element of your design.
• Maintenance Schedule
If required we can draw up a
plant maintenance schedule.
• Project Management
If you are unable to manage the
implementation of the new
design, Green Retreats can act as
project manager leaving you to
simply enjoy the end product.
• Product Sourcing
We can source those finishing
touches. Whether you want
bespoke artwork, or a specialist
for lighting, water features
or furniture.
