Chelmsford Market Place, High Chelmer & Central Park, Chelmsford, Essex This design seeks to rejuvenate a dated area of Chelmsford town centre via the concept of ‘Food’. The drab facades of the Market and multi-storey car park become a colourful, living wall, uniting the area with the adjacent Central Park, which is designed to reflect the traditional field patterns of this area of Essex.
